This place is terrible!! The only appeal to the mothers. Im the custodial parent, when i ask for any kind of help from them because the NCP, not paying her child support, i get the same answer " we will send out a letter." And when I ask the NCP for help I get responded with foul langauge and threats with police. Sad thing when we went in for a review the case woker felt so bad for the ncp because she and her husband have 2 other children that she lowered her support payment to 55.00 dollars (for 2 kids mind you). And even tried to get me to agree to forgive her arrears! I said no of course. The last email i sent was 2 months ago and i have not heard anything from the child support office. What about my children? The children she is financially responsible for, do they mean anything to the system?
