Mona and her team were AMAZING! They made the night flow so smoothly & Channel & Zane went above and beyond! Mona coordinated the delivery and pick up of everything - tables, chairs, dishes, staff, bar, ect! HIGHLY recommend and I will be using them again.

Austin’s Elite helped with my daughter’s wedding. Very professional and experienced. Only hiccups were on my part not letting them know who key players were with party so they would know who else could request them to help with things. But they adapted quickly. Loved that they owned all setup and tear down and probably thousands of things I wasn’t even aware of. Tejana led the team and she did so extremely well. Would use them again.

We have used them on two different occasions. Once for a more casual, outdoor event and once for an indoor more formal event with bartenders and servers. They coordinated all rentals and even helped with pick up of several items. The process was seamless and the service was outstanding both times. Everyone worked extremely hard and they were always looking for a way to help or to serve. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

At Whim Hospitality, we use Austin’s Elite at least twice a month and have for the last 3 years. Every request we have ever put in has been filled. This is such a relief when other staffing companies cannot always fill our requests. My experience working with Mona has always been phenomenal, they are all so professional, and kind. I am an owner with Pecan Springs Ranch a wedding venue and we have had nothing but success with working with Austin's Elite. They always send us the best staff that are quick to learn if they are new and are reliably great if they have been out here before. We use them to help us with setting up or tear down. Our clients use them for full service staffing or just for the end of the event cleanup. They really have never left us hanging when we've needed the help and are very courteous employees. I highly recommend them, they will make your event that much better and stress free.
