I waited on someone to call my name for four hours. I kept going to the window and she kept asking me for my name and what are you here for? Each time I told her. And finally I said, " Well, damn I told you my name twice previously and I gave you all of my demographics." They are not organized, no sense of direction, it is like they have no office rules. I hope they read these comments and get better.
