AvailAbility is an amazing company to seek quality employment through; whether they are used to assist an individual who has just entered the workforce to a seasoned employee seeking further development. Their altruistic values in an individual’s success, steadfast commitment to a company’s prerequisites, and boundless efforts, guarantee the “best fit” for the individual seeking employment and a company seeking employees. I began my journey working with Laura, at AvailAbility, in 2013. I was placed with a “career” that fit all my prerequisites, my wishes, and my own personal attributes with and in a company. She took the time to evaluate my skills, areas of expertise, and qualities verse the company’s morals, ethics, values, and requirements. I was immediately placed with a company and later hired for a permeant position. Since working with Availabilty to seek my own employment, we have requested employees and hired permeant positions for two employees.
