During my time here at Award Staffing Temp Agency, one thing I did like was that they were able to quickly board me on and find me a job. However I was not happy with how they managed my on boarding. In my offer letter, I was promised a wage amount that myself & the agency both agreed on. When I received my pay stub I noticed on the statement that it was not what was presented on my offer letter. I reached out to Award Staffing Temp Agency and CPI Card Group regarding this matter. Both parties were very unprofessional, expressing that they had no idea why I was offered that amount and unsure where that number came from. In addition, not only was the pay stated on my offer letter, it was stated on the job description as well. I was told that even though it was the Temp Agency’s mistake, that it will not be my pay amount that was promised to me. I feel cheated and discriminated that I was offered a lower pay, even though I interviewed better than the other 2 interviewees. I would not recommend working through this Temp Agency or company. I hope that they learn from this mistake, and that they learn to do the right thing going forward.

Please hire better recruiters, most of them have no clue what they are talking about and how to do their job. Very rude, and only care about themselves instead of helping others.

Friendly people who wants to help others find job. Super informative! They will call me if something comes up or get back to me ...if not the same day, the next day. Definitely get in... ask them about the referral and see what they can help you with.

Award Staffing found me a job within just a few days of signing up. I worked 7 months at that job with them until I got hired on. I could have got hired a lot sooner but waited patiently for the job I wanted. Never had any problems with my pay. Highly recommend!!!
