Overall Feedback:
Most employment agencies lend themselves to the idea that people are no more than cattle. This establishment however has a different approach all together and the pay can be quite competitive too! I was down on my luck after a reoccurring back injury at a warehouse job and had desperately wanted to get into a technical job for years, as I privately do have modest aptitude. Andi decided to lend me chance as I was inherently risky on paper; poor fit at best. I am still currently a contractor where I work, but there is abundant hope and opportunity to grow largely because of her and this agency.
