Would give zero stars if I could. They said they want a practice that runs at least 50 checks a year and I'm a practice that is starting out. Then they referred me to a practice that does not even know what the caregiver standard is or what an OIG exclusion check is. I spoke with Debbie the manager who says they should know. They don't have their stuff together at all. Then I called sales and then they claimed they don't do OIG exclusion checks but Debbie says they do. It looks like they just give a run around and they treat you like dirt unless you have a big case load for them. Bad for business really.
