As a client who was unhappy with the initial on-boarding of my company, I was ready to walk away. When the HR Director called and requested I give another manager at Bambee a try. At first, I was hesitant. In the end I agreed and I am so happy that I did. Our HR Manager “George” is phenomenal! From day one George explained what it was that my company could expect from his HR management. His experience and comprehension of what I needed to meet compliance never fails.George has the outlook that everyone needs from an HR manager. His skill is evident in the documents he has created for my company. He pushes for integrity in the work place.His view of “making the rules clear so you don’t have to judge each situation” Is changing the way I run my company. It’s one thing to learn about the theories behind Human Resources, but applying the skills is another matter entirely. George has the skill to take a question explain the process w/o belittling or sounding pedantic. In my opinion everyone needs a “George”!
