REALLY REALLY BAD Experience. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. They basically will charge you upfront for the entire year, claim you get your money back if you quit at any point (minus the time you spent with them), and then not refund you the appropriate amount. I found them to be useless after 2-3 weeks of trying to get the HR person to actually respond to my emails and phone calls. She was disorganized, unfriendly, unknowledgeable, and overall just wasting my time. She wouldn't do things I needed urgently and instead said we must do things per protocol. I understand that but sometimes you need an urgent HR issue handled and that has to come first. No consideration for the client. They are just an example of the bad, garbage out there in the HR space. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
