BOA South Gate Tweedy is Not worth going too. Every 1st and 15th only 3 bank tellers if your luckly. Its like they dont want your business. HIRE MORE BANK TELLERS!!

Poor service, really poor service, they suppose to open at 9:00am but they opened at 9:04am when I came, there was a big line, about 25 people in line, and only 2 tellers, if you want to be in line for about 30 to 40 min this is the bank. BOA really have to do something to improve service at this location. Compared to other branches of BOA, this bank is below average.I Don't recommend to come.

Tenia hoy una cita programada en este lugar para notarizar un documento, cuando llegue puntualmente a mi cita y sin saber la persona que me atendio que yo tenia esta cita, me dijo que necesitaba sacar una cita para poder ver al notario, cuando le mostre el comprobante de la cita me dijo que el notario no estaba, que habia tenido una emergencia, verdad o mentira? para que dan las citas entonces? porque no avisan antes para no ir? sali molesto de alli por que ellos incumplieron y por su falta de cortesia al no avisarme, me hicieron perder mi tiempo. gracias por nada.
