Feedback:
The agency is good at basic customer service skills. However they lack in the follow-up department to see how u are enjoying your work experience. Also, when your assignment ends, the agency will not call u, nor will they schedule for another assignment when that contract ends. Consequently, when you call to follow up to see if any job-assignments are ready... The agency just puts u on some "available list" which they NEVER call u for to see if u want to work. The biggest problem is the agency will not speak for you to make sure your experience is okay with you!
