Wow, had to call 3 times to talk with someone about a Non-Profit, they never called back. Sent an email, no reply at all. Finally got someone on the phone, said they would call back, Nothing. When I did finally get a message, they asked me to come in, First 15 minutes are free, then $200 and hour. I had a few questions about a non-profit, no help at all. Terrible.
