This review has been a long time coming. My job uses this company for our payroll and I’ve experienced nothing but inconsistency. I receive my paycheck days and sometimes weeks after payday. I do not have a bank account and they refuse to provide any other solutions besides direct deposit and rely on blaming the postal service for being incapable of getting my check to me on time. They’ve also blamed my address for being the reason my check doesn’t show up for two weeks from my actual pay date. Which I’ve changed from my house to my job in hopes fixing this issue. Even though I somehow still receive all my other mail and on time.So for a business who apparently prides themselves on providing “business solutions”, I haven’t experienced that aspect of their services. Ultimately I have rent and bills to pay, a child to feed, and the people at BBSI have failed to alleviate this issue and have NOT provided any solutions.Hopefully you’ll take this into consideration for your employees before you decide to give this company your business.
