I have been with Bci since August, this company stands for so many things. The care and concern they have for each and every employee surpasses any company I have ever worked for. Each managment memeber has been fantastic to see interact with the employees, they dont just act as if they care, they truely are concerned for every aspect in the employees life. The smiles I see everyday speaks louder than some of the employees, who are very shy at times. Shawna, the production manager, has been an inspiration to me, her heart for Bci shines in all she does, she is a fantastic manager to work under, and the job would not be what it is without her dailyskills. Thank you Bci for all you do, and all you have done to enrich so many peoples life, I plan on workinghere until I can retire!!!!

The fraternization rules need to be rewritten. It is no business of the company who I talk to outside of work unless they are management or supervisors. @Owner: What companies are you talking about? And no I'm not going to call HR just to be yelled at. You are a hypocritical company telling employees who they can talk to when staff does it all the time.

There is a specialized department within the company for the exclusive purpose of ensuring that employees are happy and pursuing their own goals at work. Management is engaged on a level not found at the vast majority of workplaces.

BCI / BCI Packaging is a very special place! BCI's mission is to help adults living with disabilities reach their full potential through meaningful work. BCI Packaging provides co-packing services to manufacturers. The employees are provided an opportunity to work to their skill level without the pressures most production environment creates. And, BCI provides amazing support that allows each employee to gain confidence and increase their skill-set. The model allows employees to work outside of the facility as well -- either through Show Me Shine (their commercial cleaning division) or partners across the community. At BCI, employees have great opportunities to socialize, too. And, it gives family members a break with the peace of mind their loved one is safe and having a great time. I really can't say enough good about BCI!
