We brought our taxes in on March 4th... after not hearing anything for about a month we contacted him and he said he hadn’t started yet but would start that week. Fast forward to today - THE LAST DAY TO FILE, and we called thankfully we remembered, and he said he STILL hadn’t started and that he would may need more information to continue. Giving Ron our taxes was a HUGE waste of time had to go out of our way to drive back their and grab our information because he clearly can’t be trusted to do what he says he’s going to do. I wouldn’t recommend. This was our first venture into having someone do our taxes for us and it will be the last..
