I typically would never write a review for a position I applied for, due to my experience with this company I feel it was appropriate. I was contacted by the area manager for a staffing position that was available. I had two interviews with him and a second one with a staff member. A few days later I got a call from the area manager and was offered the position by phone. After talking about pay he advised me to think about it and let him know my decision the next day. I called him and advised him I would take the position, at this point he stated that he would need me to take an exam before they can move forward. I took the exam, few days passed and didn't hear from the manager. I reached out and he stated that I was one of three people in the running. He stated someone would get back with me since I now needed a third interview for a position I was offered. It's been 4 days and I haven't heard anything. This is a staffing agency, there job is to locate jobs and fill position for companies they have contracts with. Yet they dont know how to properly hire people for their own company. If I didn't get the position, I would have been happy to have been told this instead of getting the run around.
