Just an FYI the leasing office and management team refuse to accept packages at the leasing office even though packages will have to be delivered out in the open where ANYONE can steal them. As much as people pay to live here the leasing office should be more than willing to take a few packages in the office and hold them until the residents come to pick them up. In my opinion it seems as though they (leasing office/management team) just don't want to do any extra work on their end.

LOVE these apartments! Marla, Joe and Monica are all so friendly and helpful and make living here very enjoyable. Can always count on them to respond quickly and they even know us by name whenever we go into the leasing office which makes us feel at home. Maintenance is AMAZING they fix things so quickly. We love it so much we just renewed our lease for another year! :)

This is a great community to live in. I lived here for about a year in 2 different apartments and my fiancé and I loved it. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the staff are all incredibly helpful, and the price is “reasonable.” The people that talk about the rental rate have lost their minds. This place is a HUGE value for the location and quality of the staff and grounds. I would not hesitate to recommend this community to anyone.

The apartments are EXTREMELY overpriced. The manager and her staff are rude. They never pick up the phone or return calls. There is trash and marijuana EVERYWHERE. Strange people in the pool area from the nearby Sonic. It is really DISGUSTING. Never move here. You are warned.
