Contacted Matt (owner) about screening a tenant for one of my rentals. Matt rudely wanted to get all of the rental properties addresses immediately, which by the way do not require screening at the moment. I refused as I only needed screening for one vacant rental. Matt immediately blew the gasket and used words like , " You are manipulating the system," and "You would leave and and used another screening company" as he put it. And, "I need all of the rental properties addresses." After which, Matt hung up on me. This is not the way to treat clients who have used Bemrose many time in the past. Reason we have not used Bemrose in the recent past is that we had stable tenants for many years in our rentals till now.Best to you and your business.
