Feedback:
I used Berndt CPA for years and they went from being a very good accounting firm to an absolute mess. Constantly losing my information. Deleted my 2 yr old child off of my taxes. Got my address wrong for taxes. Stated that I made too much money to get the dependent child care tax credit ( you always get it, the percentage just changes). Literally went from owing 13k in taxes to just owing 1300 after they fixed all of their mistakes. In fact, they were so bad that the Wisconsin IRS (dept of revenue) assessed me a $222 Negligence penalty. Which I made Berndt pay. I am never using them again.
