Overall Feedback:

Would not recommend. We were placed in a room right off the entrance with the doors left wide open. I prefer not discussing my business matters with everyone who enters this business. Also, they seemed very disorganised and confused, luckily our mortgage broker was there to keep things on the right track. Buying a house is one of the biggest decisions a person makes, one hopes to deal with a title office that conducts business professionally, this was not the case here.
