Simply dropped off my 2018 taxes with Doug and he set up an appointment for me to come by and pick them up. A week later, they were ready. I met with Lori and she went over line by line of my filing and explained everything in great detail so I knew exactly what was going on. She even gave me recommendations to adjust witholdings so I was getting the most out of my paycheck without having to pay Uncle Sam at tax time. I was able to sign my taxes there and they e-filed while I was sitting in her office. They even gave me an addressed envelope to send what I owed to the state treasurer. All and all - a painless and swift process. Moreover my filings were processed by the states (both Missouri and Kansas) and Fed and no issues. At the end, my tax documents were bundled nice and neatly in a package to keep for my records. The price was significantly lower than what the chain accounting firms would have charged (3 filings for about ~$170). I would highly recommend for your tax needs.
