I was told that they were able to handle US taxes for citizens living in Canada no problem. From our in person conversation, I wasn't so confident that Cindy knew what she was talking about and am hoping there are no errors on the return.Also the communication was pretty shoddy... I wrote to check in after a month because I heard nothing about if the return was sent or any information after our meeting.. then a couple days later a response that it would be sent to me by the end of the week. 2 weeks later I asked what the status is and then a week later finally the tax documents I wanted. This was all in mid summer.. After the tax rush. No real excuse for the poor communication.
