Used their service for years without issue. Opted to change to a different payroll company because of growing business opportunities at the beginning of this year. Needed to call to get a copy of the payroll record filed for Q4 2014 and owner is not willing to cooperate. Said he would get to it when he can. When I asked when that would be he responded by saying "I don't know."....not a nice way to respond to a client who always paid their bill and simply decided to move on. Do not do business unless you get copies of everything because they do not provide any follow up support.
