Do not do business with this company! I have been with them for the past three years for worker's compensation insurance and the past 2 years they have neglected to send my renewed insurance certificates to cslb. And this year I paid them my down payment for the renewal and the check clears my bank and I get all my new certs and then 2 weeks later get a letter from arrowhead general insurance company saying I was being cancelled because they never received my down payment. So I had to turn around and pay the insurance company directly since BLI had just kept my down payment. To be fair they did refund the money to me a few days later but could not provide me an explanation of what happened. Which makes me wonder if they are even a financially stable company. The problem with this company is they make countless mistakes which cost my business time and money and when I have a problem I have to continually call and email to get it addressed because no one is ever available the first time and messages are rarely returned. I have received documents through email for other companies with private information on at least three different occasions so I am assuming they have also probably sent other companies my information by mistake and every problem or request involves me being bounced from person to person and then I am told it is the responsibility of another person. In fact my contractor's license was actually suspended this year because they continually neglected to send the renewed certificate even after I reminded them that it still needed to be sent. Save your self endless headaches and find another better structured and managed company. I am switching brokers today. It is too much of a liability to continue doing business with this company a day longer.
