Very disappointed with the Tax Advisor (Desiree) at H&R Block. I've received two letters from the IRS asking for additional payments on my 2018 Tax Return. This was my first year getting it done from a specialist, and I couldn't be more disappointed. I usually do it myself, and it is usually error free. I got charged close to $400 the first time around, and an additional fee the second time around to correct an error they overlooked (Health Insurance from the Marketplace). On top of that, I'm paying late fees and accrued interest. I called and sent an email for advise, and no reply. Safe to say, me and the people I referred will not be returning there.
