Won't be back. I walked in today, 4 weeks before taxes are due and having just received a tax form in the mail. I introduced myself as a new client and was met with an unfriendly receptionist. Instead of a smile and a warm welcome as a new customer, I got a deer in the headlights look. She walked over to an office, consulted with someone, then told me they would very likely have to file an extension. No apologies, or come back again. She seemed relieved not to be bothered with my business.
