The receptionist was horrible, rude & inconsiderate! My 9 year old grandson had to use the restroom & before he finished asking she shouted "NO!" She never smiled & just sat there like she owned the place! When my friend was called to do her testing she ask the lady that called on her if my grandson could use the restroom & she said the receptionist will not let him! Lady you are a receptionist not the owner! Your job is to great with a smile & accommodate not dictate! You looked unhappy and bitter! The office manager, I could do such a better job!!! Let me know if you're hiring! I have experience, know how to smile & be nice!
