A very unethical company. I interviewed with the company several years ago. First, they will tell you they are staffing multiple people on a project for six months. Then, they will eliminate the weakest link. What they are really trying to get you to do is work long hours in hopes you will get hired by the company you are working for. Also, they try to get you to lower your rate as much as possible. I understand the recruiter gets a bonus if he or she is able to to do this. Stay away from these people. Also, it is interesting that they got all these great reviews recently. Note, the owner admits that they are all potential hires whom they ask to fill out surveys after being interviewed. Of course, these people will post good reviews in hopes they will get hired. I can't blame the owner for trying to protect his or her business. However, maybe he or she should pledge the company to a more ethical standard. Perhaps, they should ask former employees for feedback or develop some guiding principles and adhere to them.
