I was recently was called in for AON test at the Blue Diamonds plant for Operator. When i got their i was the first one and i was 30 miin early. People stated coming in and we even had to wait for one person that was running late.So the head of human resource lady told all of use over and over again that %60 percent of people fail the Test and even the PLANT MANAGER FAILED THE TEST.She at lest repeated it to all of use 3 times.She told me this is a Operator test. Well i have taken operator test and none of this AON is like the operator test. Their is nothing about math,gears, flow,pipes,motors, pumps on the test.What i'm wondering is why would the head of human resource tell everyone that the PLANT MANAGER FAILED THE TEST?? If i was the plant manager i would have a talk with her.Second does the plant manger still work their even when he failed the test too.Well from this hole experience i would never by any product that has to do with Blue Diamond again. I have been an machine operator for over 15 years and its a joke of a test.
