I have been using BMC for payroll services for about 18 months now. For my type of business it has been very convenient because every pay period I can easily email their payroll department to provide employee hours worked or the specific amount I would like myself or another person to be paid. It is literally as easy as sending an email to BMC and within a few hours I have all the documentation via email right back to me and the direct deposits are scheduled. I can make one-time payments with just an email, too. If a payday is a bank holiday they notify the office manager in advance so she can plan around that. Generally, BMC provides thoughtful and efficient payroll.Since I also use BMC for taxes/accounting I am able to talk to Phil or Brett or another BMC employee and get answers to questions about things which may affect payroll quite easily. I email with questions regularly and always get quick and helpful replies. My office manager is very happy with dealing with BMC. I would recommend them to any small business looking for affordable and expert local payroll service.
