Yes, I'm a bit turned off as well. I signed up a few weeks ago and am now just hearing back. "We noticed you signed up". That's extremely poor customer/employee service. HR should know that normal customer service turn around time is 24-48, maybe 72 hours at least.

Vanessa did an awesome job helping locate a job that fits me. Even though the company I applied for said I was to over qualified, she informed them how interested I was and that she felt that I would be a great fit. BSI has been an incredible company to work for. Having worked in their office as a permanent employee , and as a temp to hire for a client, I have experienced both sides of Bolder Staffing. The staff is knowledgeable and actually cares about the employees. Kudos especially to Sunny Mai, the most amazing recruiter. The team at Bolder Staffing has made a great impression on me. I have recommended at least 4 people to them, all ending with a placement!Thank BSI!

While looking for a job I worked with Vanessa Williams at Boulder staffing. She was one of the best Recruiters that I've worked with. She was very informative and went over all potential opportunities for employment. We met in person at a later date for an initial interview and she was very professional and somehow maintain a constant smile. Vanessa took extra time to assist me with my resume and even helped me with mock interview questions in case I was called in again. The extra time and effort paid off and I was hired by one of her clients. It was not the job that I originally wanted but in Recruiting I understand that the client ultimately has the final say no matter how awesome your Recruiter is. It was an absolute pleasure working with Vanessa and she be the first person I call if I'm searching for a job again.

If you care to waste your time, be disrespected, and truly witness what it means for someone to not give a damn about their job, then please, get an interview with Vanessa of BSI/B2I. Seeing as she is an alum of my college and reached out to me, I decided to meet with her in person and go through a standard interview. I was told in person about several projects she had me in mind for and how she was going to take the steps to set me up for an interview. I followed up with a thank-you email and never heard back. A week later, I sent her another email checking in. I never heard back. A week later, I sent her another email again, and still nothing. If you care to waste your time and not be taken seriously, then sign on with this agency and enjoy the waiting game. I've never been treated so rudely by a staffing agency employer, and I've been a part of at least 7 or 8. - Riley
