Truly a QB Guru and Savior! Starting a new business and getting it going isn't the hard part, it's making sure everything works and play together in QB. Operating for over 1-1/2 years and thinking everything is fine is a great feeling. Until you find out other wise! Serafina found the errors and not only fixed them but trained my team to work in QB the correct way. Serafina is so very polite, understanding and knowledgable in her field I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help in QB. I still retain her services to this day and intend to do so for as long as she'll let me!
