Overall Feedback:

Very disapponted!We had filed an extensions for the past couple of years and finally gave them the paperwork a few weeks ago thinking that they would file our taxes. 4 days before the deadline, we contacted them to check the status and all of a sudden they told us that they weren't working on any of the past years' taxes. They never told us when we gave them the paperwork, and had we not asked about the status we would've never found out. Terrible!
