Everyone I have ever come in contact with at this judicial center is absolutely rude for no reason. The bailiff's in the courtroom are hilariously condescending to everyone I've seen them come in contact with. Criminal or not.. Doesn't matter. They have a serious case of little man syndrome that comes with the badge. Most aren't too far from needing a hip replacement, you'd think they'd avoid any risk of physical conflicts.. Lol grow up Paris! 😂 😂 👊

I love going to bourbon instead of fayette county courthouse bc u have to wait forever but not here bourbon county is quick.

I recently contacted the Bourbon County Clerk's office in regards to a lien release on a vehicle. Somehow I was directed the Richard Stipp Eads, the actual county clerk. He was so unbelievably rude to me I was shocked. He was no help at all and actually hung up on me. I usually have great experiences here, but I cannot believe this man in the county clerk.
