Feedback:
Had a meeting at 1:10pm. Got there a little before one. I went to check if they were open they weren't. I waited again till 1:15 to check. The door was still locked. I called multiple times to see if anyone would pick up. By 1:30 I had begun to think they just weren't open. 1:37 they finally unlocked and opened the door. I was told they weren't watching the time and that they heard the phone ring and just never answered it. Like why even schedule an appointment time if they don't keep track or care about when appointments are.
