I sent an initial contact by email, via their website two weeks ago. I am a new business owner and am prepared to pay top dollar for a good CPA. Brenner seems to come highly recommended online. When a week went by with no contact, I called them (after business hours because I also work a 9-5 as I start my business) and I left a kind and friendly message, which referenced my earlier (unresponded to) email. I was still giving them the benefit of the doubt. That was 5 days ago, and I’ve still received no response! Now I give more credence to the reviews that mention terrible customer service! If I were already a client and my business DEPENDED on them, I would be FURIOUS! I’m gonna listen to my gut and run... fast... to another company. I’ve now decided that I wouldn’t trust this incommunicado CPA firm with my business finances even if they were free.
