Overall Feedback:
My personal experience was not very favorable for me. I've been at my place of employment for over 14 years, but was relocating for family reasons. That was explained as I wasn't sure of what direction I needed to go as my growth was internal and no need for a resume. In fact most of my jobs previous employers came back to recruit me. So this was explained and you would have thought since I asked to speak to someone; that I would get a call. Nope not at all. In fact a resume was completed and when I followed up I was advised that it was sent over three weeks prior. You mean money was taken and we didn't think to check in with the client? Customer service from my experience was not even present, but I guess "career coach" should not be part of the label either. After this I consulted; spoke to some other people and places and for the same amount they called and assisted with putting a resume together; not produce a cookie cutter of a resume. So I'll apply with both. . .and see what happens. But I wouldn't endorse nor recommend this company if you don't need a polishing on your resume.And no I didn't give them the opportunity to fix it; I mean I gave them the opportunity to assist me and they decided what was best for me; even after I explained my situation.
