My experience with BrightStar was a good experience. They provided us with support when we needed it most. EVERY single person that walked through our door was very professional and kind and showed so much patience with my dad. I felt comfortable going to work knowing he was being well taken care of. They have a stellar team and I truly appreciate all they did for my dad. There were a couple of glitches with scheduling which is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. Thanks guys!
