BrightStar has connected me with an amazing home health care nurse that helps me with my infant twins that require G-tube feedings and multiple medications on a daily basis. The nurse is so good with my babies and anticipates their needs and helps with giving me peace of mind in their care. She also attends doctor appointments and helps guide me in medication administration. I would be lost without the assistance that BrightStar and my nurse provide for my medically fragile babies.

Brightstar supplies me with caregivers when I need them. The nurse helps me to call doctors and takes care of medications. The home health aides help me to shower and prepare my meals. The staff is caring and kind. Brightstar supplies reassurance and peace of mind for me.

This is a bad place to work for I got hired there over 2 months ago it only been out 2 times and Carol said that she was going to call me for a December schedule and never called they always cancel your hours mr. Richard never returned phone calls as well I'm glad I found another job because I will be homeless due to them keep cancelling hours when I wanted to switch to the Homecare side with mr. Richard I left him quite a few voicemails and never heard anything don't go to this company at all

Very good company, so far. We have used BrightStar for about 8 months now and have had very few issues. This is really more of a 4.5 star rating, primarily due to the home health aide we have. She is truly excellent, well-trained, dependable (which means a lot), and she does a very good job, thoroughly washes the dishes, plans and cooks meals, helps with showers and dressing and lets us know if there are any physical changes. The only reason I docked them .05 of a 5 star rating is that sometimes the management lacks follow-through. On occasion, I have been told someone will call me about a particular issue only to have to call back myself. If for some reason our aide needs off of work, there has been a significant struggle to find someone to cover the shift on at least one occasion (maybe 2) we did not have help because they could not find a suitable replacement. So, I'm not sure if they are a five star company that has had a couple of small issues in the last 8 months or a 4 star company with a 5 star aide.

Worst company to work for i got fired over the phone. Went into sign the papers. Took over an hour. And they knew about my anxiety and everything they still fired me. For having said condition.
