Google review:I have been employed with Brightstar Care, Crystal Lake office for just over a month now. I had been working in an Assisted Living Facility for 5 years. At such time I was ready for a change and new opportunity to continue caring for and helping people. I have really enjoyed my new experiences working for Brights Star Care. First positive I have encountered is the level of respect given to me as an employee. This is a very integral part of employer/employee relationships and leadership. The office staff are all approachable and they care about me as an employee. Scheduling has been flexible and accommodating for me maintaining the important home & work life balance. I definitely recommend job seekers to fill out an application with Brightstar Care.
