This place is only for those who have mobility! Do not waste your time or money thinking your loved one will get real care. The are very short staffed and nursing ability is limited. Especially after 6pm! They sell you on levels of care...don't believe it. If your love one needs oxygen care, they never check the tanks. The aids are simply that aids. They are not allowed to do any real care. The med tech's don't have a clue about the medicine they are giving and most of the time don't wait around long enough to make sure the medicine is swallowed. It's common to find pills on the floor. The call buttons don't work most of the time....no one ever checks the batteries. THERE ARE ANTS EVERYWHERE in the resident's apartments. If you don't visit this place daily to stay on top of everything you can expect they won't do their job. Housekeeping is a joke...beds never made, laundry never put away just piled on the bed. My loved one suffered a fall at this place and died as a result.Beware --- They charge a lot for very little care.
