Overall Feedback:

Don't bother with there service. There is no communication and you can never reach them on the phone. I went a year thinking their fee was coming out of the payroll tax and never got a bill and then told that I owed them a lot of money. Their customer service stinks and I had to file my own quarterly state and federal withholding tax because they didn't and found out they fired my accountant.
