I have been an Erie customer with Browning Reagle Insurance for about 5 years, and this was my first homeowners claim with Erie. I have to say that Erie has my back! I had issues with my roof (wind and hail damage) and Erie stepped up to the plate and took care of me. After my initial call to Erie, I had an inspector on my roof within 2 days to evaluate the condition of the roof. The roof damage was approved, and the initial check was in my hands within two days for payment to the contractor that did the work! After the work was done to my satisfaction, the final check was issued. That's service! I could not have asked for a better company to work with!Thank you!Dan
