Overall Feedback:

Tried to view BS&A information on Sunday, August 25th. The site said that the entire Kalamazoo site was down at the moment. I tried to contact BS&A and they don't work on Sundays. This is public info and I'm not sure if BS&A has exclusivity to publish this data or not, but I don't think every single person should be off on a Sunday when they are the conduit to government data. I'll have to find out if they get any money from the State. That needs to stop if they are.
