was there for a dot physical on 2/12/19 and have never been so degraded and disrespected by a doctor the doctor was totally unprofessional and should be fired for her actions I am not the one to write bad reviews and to call for someone to lose there job but what she did and the way she handled the situation was so disrespectful and uncalled for I only give one star cuz there is no way to give a negative star I can guarantee you that I will never go back to this place again for any reasona few days later I did talk to the owner and she was very concerned with what happened and assured me that it will never happen again and it would be delt with I went back on 3/20/19 to get looked for a work injury and it was great staff was very respectful and did everything they could to take care of me
