Feedback:
Very poorly ran. Not enough staff to accommodate the people that are coming in. The waiting room is very small and didn't have enough seats or standing room for everyone. With it being 102.0 outside this is very unprofessional. Staff was very short with patients in discussing situations and rude. Staff is also cursing behind the counter because they couldn't work the copier and talking about other patients and how they were acting. Which is a direct violation to HIPPA.
