Nancy was incredibly helpful through my job search. She pointed me toward a different job than what I had applied for, based on my experience and what would be best for my long term career. This is not a staffing mill that is looking to fill jobs as quickly as possible, rather its clear they care about their applicants and finding them the best fit.
