I will never use this tax service again. To start off it is very difficult to find the specific door to the office because nothing is marked outside. The walkways were not shoveled at all. The office itself is very unorganized and not clean. I have one job, with one simple W2 and was charged almost $200 dollars for something that took less than a half hour. On top of having outrageous prices Mr. Caine did not include important information in the tax return, ending myself having mail from the IRS. They demanded more information and threatened to take money out of my return because of his mistake. When the information was turned in, it cost me an extra $80 out of my refund that should have been handled when the return was being processed. Mr. Caine did not issue a refund for anything when asked to do so, seeing that I lost money on his behalf. I now have to wait FOUR months for my tax return, and I was the first person to file this year with him! Absolutely dissapointed with this service, very unprofessional and over priced. Do not recommend.
