I had the worse experience with Rick, he wouldn't listen to my case ( and wasted time telling us about 10 stories ) he suggested we pay $2,000.00 more to stay in our home. We had text messages proving our landlord was lieing and he wouldn't even look at them. He made us feel like he was on our crooked landlords side. I feel We hired him to help our landlord. We went to him for help and I left there feeling robbed of $750.00.

Went in to talk about representing me, Mr Caldecott told me I don’t have enough money to fight this case!!! Ricard has no clue what I do for work or what my bank accounts looks like. Shame on this guy. Talking to me like that. Stay away... it’s all about the $$$$ with this guy, thinks he is better then others cause of his money apparently. 👌

I have known Richard Caldecott on a personal basis for a long time. I always thought of him as being intelligent, dedicated and ethical. So, when I ran into a contractual dispute stemming from previous business dealings, I hired Rick. Rick was very knowledgeable and worked hard on my behalf. He did his research, very clearly explained my options, the costs involved and the potential outcomes. Another reviewer called him "tenacious" and he certainly was, on my behalf. I would highly recommend Richard Caldecott if you need an attorney.
