Feedback:

I went for a national insurance number interview here and it was the worst interview experience I’ve ever had. I was treated terribly from the moment I walked through the door and the lady who interviewed me made me feel so stupid. They treated me like I was less than human and the interview process was supposed to be a quick gathering of information not an interrogation. I am a frequent flyer and I was pretty much told I was stupid for not remembering the exact date of my last flight to the UK. I was also scolded for something that had nothing to do with me but was in fact down to my employer - basically I felt like I was back in school being told off by a bullying teacher and it was so so so unprofessional. The entire centre seems to be so unorganised and unprofessional and I honestly want to complain directly about every aspect (I won’t bore you with more details but there are quite a few more) of my experience there. Though I know the complaint will probably fall on dead ears. I am just so mad and can’t believe that this is the official process everyone has to go through? Unprofessional and angering

Feedback:

I've been here several times when I've been through small bouts of unemployment and the majority of the time it has been a useful experience. I was introduced to some people who provided me with the opportunity for temporary employment to tide me over during an employment gap, which was a great opportunity for learning. The staff could improve their customer service and they have some odd rules for where people are allowed to stand and where they're not - which isn't clear when you first go there.

Reading all the Universal Credit horror stories on the news it looks like this is the only Jobcentre that treats you well, I never had a bad experience.
